Please consider a gift or contribution today.

Do you have stuff to buy or sell, or a business to promote? Now you can do it in a way that benefits The Friends of the Saint Paul Public Library! We’re a member of buythechange.com, an online classifieds site with a radical twist: 70% of membership fees go back to support local nonprofits like The Friends. When you join, you give other community-minded people a reason to buy from you, rather than a total stranger or one of your competitors. Over time you’ll build relationships with people and businesses that share a commitment to our community and to the Saint Paul Public Library. Personal memberships are only $20 a year. You get unlimited postings, and The Friends gets $14 to support its mission!
Our first business sponsor at BuyTheChange is Common Good Books, located in the historic Cathedral Hill district of Saint Paul, Minnesota. We gratefully acknowledge this support from our old pal and Friends member, Garrison Keillor and his Common Good Books, and we encourage all our members to stop by when they’re in the neighborhood. Common Good’s motto is: “Live local, read large.” We agree that they’re good words to live by. Sign up today at www.buythechange.com and be the change. Thank you!
