These are just some of the incredible ways our library has rapidly, and radically adapted services to respond to our community’s needs:

• Kids and adults safely checked out 104,263 materials through contactless pickup.
• More than 37,000 Saint Paul students and their families are connected with distance learning resources and online homework help through the Library Go program.
• Four CARES Career Labs opened inside neighborhood library branches to help workers displaced by the pandemic learn new technical skills and find jobs.
• More kids now have a book to call their own, as 7,400 free-to-keep books were distributed to foster literacy skills.
• Virtual storytimes, already viewed 74,000 times, are bringing the joy of learning to families across the city.
• The Bookmobile visited 30 locations each month to deliver meals, books, activity kits, and Wi-Fi access to thousands.
